Tandem Repeats Finder 4.00 for Windows

Tandem Repeats Finder for Windows is compatible with most versions of MS Windows including 95, 98, NT 4, Me, 2000, and XP. Version 4.00 introduces some valuable updates as described on our What's New page.

PC compatible computer running MS Windows.

Installation Instructions:

The program is provided for download as a self-extracting file. To Install the program in your computer :

1. Click on the Download Now button.
2. When prompted select "Save this program to disk."
3. In the "Save As" dialog find the location where you want the program to be installed (make sure you select an empty directory.)
4. After download, use Windows explorer to execute the self-extracting trfpack301.exe by double clicking on it.
5. The self-extracting will create three files. One of these files is trf.exe.
6. To create a shortcut to the program right-click on the desktop. Select New. Select Shortcut. Then select browse to find the file trf.exe in your disk.
